Your roster

Roster calculations run in your browser. The planner does not require an account and does not submit your start date or rotation to a roster database. Calendar exports are generated in your browser.

A share link includes your start date, rotation blocks and calendar-view settings in its address. Anyone who receives that link can see those settings. Opening it sends the address to the website host as part of the page request. Avoid putting names or other personal information in a shared address.

Website hosting

Cloudflare hosts this website. When you visit, hosting infrastructure processes information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for information about its processing.

Advertising

FIFO Tools is being connected to Google AdSense. This version contains site-ownership verification only and does not load advertising scripts.

When Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow it and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. Advertising services may also process IP addresses, browser information, web beacons and other identifiers to deliver, measure and protect advertising.

Before ads are enabled, this policy will be updated to describe the active advertising services and consent choices. Where required, a consent message will let you choose whether to consent to advertising cookies and personalised ads.

Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings, or review opt-out choices for participating vendors at AboutAds. Browser cookie settings also let you control or remove cookies.
